Admission Information

General Conditions

A student seeking admission to any class in a 'School' will be eligible for admission to that Class only if he :

• Has been studying in a School recognised by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognised Board of Secondary Education in India.
• Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him eligible for admission to that Class.
• Satisfies the requirements of age limits (minimum and maximum) as determined by the State Government.

For Grade I to VIII

• Original School Leaving Certificate should be submitted before commencement of classes.
• However, along with the Application Form last year’s report card should be submitted as proof of schooling.
• Attested copy of Birth Certificate, Certificate of achievement in sports in district / National level (if applicable), a copy of proof of address, copy of passport (if applicable), copy of legal guardianship or court order in-case of separated parents and a recent passport size photograph should be attached with the Application Form.
• Aadhar Card ( Student , Father, Mother ).
• Parivar Pehchan Patr.
• Caste Certificate.
• Resident Certificate.
• Two recent Passport Size Photos.

Note: Without these documents the form will not be accepted. Kindly avoid further requests. Duly filled in Application Form should be submitted within 3 days of collecting the form.

Admission & Other Charges

Mode of Payment

Fee should be paid by Online . However, cash shall be accepted if cheque payment is not possible. Proper receipt is obtained from the school office for the cheque / cash remitted. No post-dated cheques shall be accepted.

Withdrawal

Transfer certificates will be issued only when the parent/guardian applies for it in the prescribed form after all the dues have been cleared in the office. The application should be given one Week in advance.
